National Academic License for Electronic Resources
TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM Cahit Arf Information Center, in addition to nationwide information and document supply services, offers various other ways of access to academic information.
TÜBİTAK EKUAL provides electronic information services, enabling research institutions in Turkey efficient and widespread access to electronic information resources of academic interest. National license agreements are made with the most prominent publishers and database producers of the world within the scope of TÜBİTAK EKUAL Project, with the aim of encouraging a broader use of high quality academic information, thus promoting scientific research and publication at national and international level. |
